EXCELing with Google Spreadsheets When should I use Microsoft Excel as opposed to Google Spreadsheet? Is it easier to collaborate/work on spreadsheets and manipulate data in Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel? Can I export a Google Spreadsheet to Microsoft Excel or vice versa? All the above questions will be answered, in addition to a block of time dedicated to specific Q&A's you may have as individual/departmental Faculty and/or Administrative personnel here at EdCC. Blackboard Grading Schemas Every instructor grades slightly differently. This one hour introduction to the Grade Center's "Grading Schema" will demonstrate how to create your own unique grading scale for your Blackboard courses. We will also touch lightly on "Weighted Grades" and how to correctly display these totals for students.	View Dates and Register
iPads in Education It seems everywhere you go mobile devices are being utilized more and more. In fact, even Blackboard has a mobile app for accessing your courses on the go! In this session we will cover potential uses of the Apple iPad in and outside of the classroom, for college use. We will also take a closer look at a very large collection of applications specifically designed for learning, found within the Education section of the iTunes App Store.
